Each year in addition to the scholarship awards offered by the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. headquarters through the International High School Essay Contest, our local Chapter Upsilon Lambda Lambda (ULL) also offers yearly scholarships to college bound DoDEA students throughout the Kanto Plain.
The Dr. Kedric E. Webster Scholarship Award, is named for one of the Charter members of our local chapter who passed away on December 13, 2017.  This award is designed to promote academic excellence among undergraduate members, so each Spring ULL provides scholarship opportunities to deserving high school seniors seeking to further their educational goals by attending accredited colleges and universities.
